Second Ordinary General Assembly Meeting
The Second Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the Talensi District Assembly was held on Tuesday 16th August 2022 at the District Assembly conference hall. The presiding Member, Hon. John Millim Nabwonya welcomed members to the meeting and thanked them for their support and contributions during the First Ordinary Meeting. The DCE, Hon. Thomas Duanab Pearson Wuni highlighted the following during his address on Health, Education, Finance, Security, Mining, Assembly Bye laws, District Medium Term Development Plan, District Assemblies Performance Tool (DPAT), Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty(LEAP). The Hon. DCE presented to the Assembly Members recommendations made during the previous meeting to help resolve pending issues in various sectors and enhance development in the District.
